Paid Time Off (PTO)
There is no limit to carry over each year! Full-time employees earn:
29 paid days (about 6 weeks) first year
32 paid days (more than 6 weeks) beginning at 3 years
35 paid days (7 weeks) beginning at 7 years
39 paid days (about 8 weeks) beginning at 14 years
New hires begin accruing PTO immediatelly and all PTO balances can be carried over (no cap) from year to year.
