RFP FY 2019 - A State Organization to Oversee the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking requests for proposals for an organization to oversee and coordinate with the local CASA providers statewide to ensure programs are adhering to policies and procedures, providing quality services, receiving education and training and implementing continuous quality improvement procedures.

Proposals must be received at the Administrative Office of the Courts no later than NOVEMBER 14, 2018 at 12:00 pm MST (noon).

Proposals can be in hard copy paper form, but are preferred in electronic format by email. Proposals submitted by express mail shall be addressed to the address above.

The Procurement Code, NMSA 1978, '13-1-28 to -199, imposes civil and criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities and kickbacks.
