RFP - Adult Guardianship/Conservatorship Educational Videos

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of video production services for informational videos on the adult guardianship and conservatorship system in New Mexico state courts.

ALL OFFEROR PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED FOR REVIEW AND EVALUATION BY THE PROCUREMENT MANAGER OR DESIGNEE NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME/DAYLIGHT TIME ON March 2, 2020. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted. The date and time of receipt will be recorded on each proposal.
